My Approach

I utilize techniques in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help identify and reframe patterns of negative thinking. I supplement this work with expert training and certification credentials in the areas of leadership, coaching and mindfulness. My approach is collaborative, meaning we will work together to identify roadblocks and develop an action plan to move forward in the healing and personal growth you deserve.
